Matthew has a history of involvement in traumatic brain injury (or “TBI”) cases. He has particular expertise in closed head injury cases and understands that what doctors may call a “concussion” or “mild traumatic brain injury” can actually cause diffuse axonal injury to the frontal, parietal, temporal and/or occipital lobes, and result in speech disorders, memory loss, movement disorders, and behavioral changes in the patient. He understands that full and fair compensation are critical to TBI victims because many clients suffer permanently disability and often need long-term care planning and expensive vocational rehabilitation.
Matt has also successfully concluded spinal fracture and spinal cord injury cases.
